HART, the well-known international publisher of legal books, has just launched a new collection of essays on Global Administrative Law. Prof. Sérvulo Correia is one of the eighteen featured scholars, with the essay «Administrative Due of Fair Process: Different Paths in the Evolutionary Formation of a Global Principle and a Global Right».

Prof. Sérvulo Correia’s inclusion in the list of authors undeniably evinces the international recognition that he has gained as a specialist in administrative law.
