Webinar «Simplex Urbanístico & Alojamento Local: latest legal, tax and financial developments»

On 9 April, the Swedish-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with SÉRVULO and Millennium BCP, organises a Webinar "Simplex Urbanístico & Alojamento Local: latest legal, tax and financial developments", an initiative that will address the latest changes in urban planning and local accommodation from a legal, tax and financial point of view.
Teresa Pala Schwalbach, partner at the Tax department, and Manuel Henriques, consultant at SÉRVULO's Real Estate, Tourism and Urban Planning department, will be part of the speakers that will approach the main changes of urban planning law and the AL regime, as well the impact of the licensing reform of financing property purchases and it exemptions on IMT and capital gains, as well as the new extraordinary contribution on AL.
