Maria André Leite

At SÉRVULO since 2026, Maria André Leite is a legal expert in the TMT department, with a particular focus on Data Protection. She is currently attending the Postgraduate Course in Data Protection Law at CIDP, Faculty of Law, University of Lisbon. In 2024, Maria André Leite completed specialised courses in Data Protection, Digital Security and Compliance at ICJP, Faculty of Law, University of Lisbon, as well as in Law and Technology at the School of Law of the University of Minho. In 2023, she also completed a short course in Data Protection at the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University, Lisbon School. Maria André Leite holds a Master’s degree in Law, specialising in Tax Law, from the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University, Porto School in 2022, and a Law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra in 2020. Maria André Leite previously worked as a legal adviser at SPMS — Shared Services of the Ministry of Health, E.P.E., at the Rector’s Office of NOVA University Lisbon, and as a trainee at the Directorate-General for School Administration of the Ministry of Education.
