Sérvulo at the 17th edition of the Postgraduate Programme in Public Procurement Law and Practice at the Portuguese Catholic University

The 17th edition of the Postgraduate Programme in Public Procurement Law and Practice, promoted by the Lisbon School of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University. The programme is coordinated by João Amaral e Almeida and Rui Medeiros, partners of the Public Law department. It began in March and will finish in early July.

This edition included the participation, as speakers, of João Amaral e Almeida, Rui Medeiros, Mark Kirkby and Pedro Fernández Sánchez, partners of the Public Law department, as well as Paula Bordalo Faustino, of Counsel at the same department. This reinforces the firm’s commitment to academia and, in particular, to advanced legal training in public procurement, as well as to sharing of knowledge in this field. 

Since its first edition in 2008, the programme has consistently been in high demand and is recognised as a leading course in specialised training in public procurement, offering an integrated and up-to-date approach to the applicable legal framework.
