Cláudia Castanheira dos Santos
At SÉRVULO since 2026, Cláudia Castanheira dos Santos is a partner in the Finance and Governance department. She attended the Executive Program in Project Management at NOVA SBE in 2024. She holds an LL.M. in International Business Law from the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University in 2017, a Postgraduate Diploma in Aviation Law from NOVA University Lisbon in 2007, and a Mini MBA – Intensive Management Programme from INDEG/ISCTE in 2006. Cláudia Castanheira dos Santos graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon in 2000. She was a lawyer at «Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva & Associados» since 2000, accumulating more than 20 years of experience advising national and international clients on complex financial and corporate transactions, namely in the areas of structured finance, project finance, private equity, M&A, real estate finance and debt restructuring. Cláudia Castanheira dos Santos is the author of several articles and publications on financial and banking law. She joined the Bar Association in 2002.
