Sérvulo adds partner to Financial Law department

SÉRVULO has appointed Cláudia Castanheira dos Santos as a partner in its Financial Law department. She joins from Morais Leitão, where she developed a career spanning more than two decades, focused on structured finance and project finance, both in Portugal and internationally.

Cláudia Castanheira dos Santos brings extensive experience in public-private partnership financing, real estate finance and debt restructuring. She has also been actively involved in private equity transactions and investment funds, and has broad expertise in corporate law and capital markets.

She holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (2000), an LL.M. in International Business Law from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa (2017), and a postgraduate qualification in Aviation Law from Universidade Nova de Lisboa (2007). She also completed an Executive Programme in Project Management at NOVA SBE in 2024.
