Ana Filipa Morais Antunes, associate of SÉRVULO's Commercial, Corporate and M&A, department recently published, through Universidade Católica Editora, the monograph "A causa do negócio jurídico no Direito Civil" ("The cause of legal business in Civil Law"), which proposes the defence of the conceptual autonomy of the figure, supported by nacional doctrine and jurisprudence, as well as by the example of international juridical experience.
