Carla Parreira Leandro, Associate in the Financial and Governance department published na article according to the Law No. 30/2018, which establishes a Extraordinary and Temporary Regime for the Protection of Elderly or Disabled Persons who are tenants for more than 15 years. The law applies to persons over 65 or with a degree of disability (of proven incapacity) equal to or greater than 60%.
