Manuel Alexandre Henriques, Partner at SÉRVULO, from the Real Estate, Tourism and Urban Planning department, is participating today, 22 June 2026, as a speaker in a session dedicated to the revision of the Legal Framework of Urban Planning and Building (RJUE), recently amended by Decree-Law no. 108/2026 of 29 May.

The session will address the main changes introduced by the new legislation, focusing on key aspects such as definitions, procedures and the regime of invalidities, providing a practical and up-to-date overview of the new legal framework.

Organised by B-LAW, the session will take place online.
