The SÉRVULO team provided full legal support throughout a complex process that began with a public tender launched in December 2025. In addition to the sale of a block of 357,000 shares, the legal advice was instrumental in defining the future contractual conditions for the provision of services, ensuring the operational stability of TAP’s catering services for the years ahead.

The SÉRVULO team was coordinated by Mark Bobela-Mota Kirkby, Pedro Silveira Borges and Francisco Boavida Salavessa, partners from the Public, Corporate M&A and Finance departments, with the collaboration of associates Daniel Castro Neves and Pedro Zincke dos Reis.
