Sérvulo advises Interfundos on sale of Quinta do Morgadinho to Bondstone

SÉRVULO has advised Oceânico II – Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário Fechado, managed by Interfundos, on the sale of 185 plots of Quinta do Morgadinho, in Loulé, Algarve, to Bondstone.
This transaction involved a multidisciplinary team, led by managing partner Manuel Magalhães. The team included partners Sofia Thibaut Trocado and Eduardo Gonçalves Rodrigues, consultant Filipa Névoa, principal associate Carla Parreira Leandro, associates Francisca Saldanha Monteiro, Pedro João Domingos and Inês Mundel Calado, all from the real estate, tourism and urban planning department, associate Isabel Guimarães Salgado from the public law department (at the time of the transaction she was a trainee lawyer in the finance and governance department), and Luís Monteiro Romão.
