Célia Posser

Célia Posser has experience in the area of investigation as regards the preparation of teaching documents, technical documents and drafting of laws, as well as in the area of criminal investigation. She was Magistrate of the Public Prosecution Service, President of the Higher Press Council, Trainer of Bailiffs (São Tomé and Príncipe Court of First Instance) and Professor at various higher education institutions. She is currently a Consultant to the National Assembly/Unicef, President of the Bar Association and a lawyer at Posser da Costa & Associados (De Juris). She has a degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, a course in Administrative Litigation from INA (National Institute of Public Administration) and a Specialization in Resource Management from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.
