Eduardo Augusto de Oliveira Ramires graduated in Law from the University of São Paulo (USP) in 1982. Master in Economic Regulation from the Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) in 2004. Professor in regulation courses. Consultant in the areas of transportation, electricity, sanitation, telecommunications, healthcare and public services. Anatel consultant in the elaboration of regulations. Former president of the Brazilian Association of Information Technology and Communications Law (ABDTIC).
