Maís Moreno

Deputy CEO and partner at Manesco, coordinator of the Manesco Pact, the firm’s social responsibility initiative, and founder of the Rio de Janeiro office. She has 20 years of experience in public procurement and private investments in regulated sectors. She holds a Master’s degree in State Law from USP and a specialization in infrastructure from the Harvard Kennedy School. She is also responsible for the Office for Citizenship and Women’s Participation in Spaces of Power at OAB-SP, a member of the Business Initiative for Racial Equality, advisory board member at the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC), and a member of the Council for Sustainable Economic and Social Development at the Presidency of the Republic (Conselhão). She is the author of “The Participation of the Administered in the Process of Drafting PPP Contracts”.
