Marcos Augusto Perez

Marcos Augusto Perez holds a master's degree and PhD and is a full professor in public and state law from the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo (FDUSP). He works in the areas of consultancy and judicial litigation in public law and infrastructure (covering regulation, public finance and legal modelling and funding structuring in concessions and PPPs and complex administrative contracts). He is an associate professor of administrative law at FDUSP, has four books and dozens of published articles. He is currently chairman of the infrastructure committee of the Brazilian Bar Association, section of the State of São Paulo.
