At SÉRVULO since 2026, Maria Miguel Carvalho is an associate in the IP & TMT department. She concluded the LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law at Queen Mary University of London in 2018. Postgraduate in Energy Law from the Portuguese Catholic University in 2024, and in Data Protection from NOVA University of Lisbon in 2025. Graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa in 2016. Maria Miguel Carvalho has developed her practice with a special focus on Data Protection and Cybersecurity, Compliance and TMT, having worked at BROSETA Abogados, EDP S.A., and CMS Portugal. She joined the Bar Association in 2021.
