Marta de Jesus Teixeira

At SÉRVULO since 2026, Marta de Jesus Teixeira is an associate in the TMT and Data Protection departments, working in the areas of privacy and data protection, artificial intelligence, technology/digital and consumer law (e-commerce). She attended the E-Course Artificial Intelligence: Unravelling AI under the European legal framework by Jurisnova at NOVA School of Law – Faculty of Law of NOVA University Lisbon, in 2024. Postgraduate degree in Data Protection from the Centre for Private Law Research (CIDP) at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, in 2024. Master's degree in Business Law from the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University, Lisbon School, in 2021. Marta de Jesus Teixeira concluded her Law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, in 2019. Between 2023 and 2025 she collaborated in the Digital, Privacy and Cybersecurity department of the law firm «TELLES Advogados», having there completed her internship in the Digital, Privacy and Cybersecurity, Intellectual Property and Labour departments, between 2021 and 2023. She joined the Bar Association since 2023.
