Inês Gomes Ferreira
At SÉRVULO since 2025, Inês Gomes Ferreira is a partner in the Commercial, Corporate and M&A department. She concluded her LL.M. – Master of Laws in International Business Law in 2009 at the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University, where she also completed a Postgraduate Course in Forensic Practice and Corporate Legal Advice in 2003, and a Law Degree in 1999. Inês Gomes Ferreira was a partner and head of the Corporate & Governance area at the law firm «Gouveia Pereira, Costa Freitas & Associados», coordinating associate at the law firm «Vieira de Almeida & Associados» between 2005 and 2023, in the areas of Corporate & M&A and Corporate & Governance, associate at the law firm «Ferreira Pinto, Olavo Cunha & Associados» between 2003 and 2005, and associate at the law firm «Jardim, Sampaio, Caldas e Associados». She join the Bar Association in 2001.

With over twenty years of experience advising domestic and international clients from a wide range of sectors (with a particular focus on infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, industry and energy), in mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence processes, corporate restructuring, structuring international partnerships and investments, as well as venture capital investments.
Vast experience in advice clients on commercial and corporate law matters, shareholder relations regulation, through the drafting of shareholders' agreements and family protocols, preparation and monitoring of general meetings, and corporate governance (listed, large and medium-sized companies, family businesses and public companies).
