Pedro Vidigal Monteiro
At SÉRVULO since 2026, Pedro Vidigal Monteiro is a partner in the TMT department. He completed a Postgraduate Programme in Intellectual Property at APDI and the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon in 2019. He obtained the CIPP/E Certification in Data Protection from the International Association of Privacy Professionals in 2019. Pedro Vidigal Monteiro also holds a Postgraduate qualification in Public Contracts from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon in 2009, and in Taxation from ISCTE – University Institute of Lisbon, in 1999. Graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon in 1998. Between 2017 and 2025, Pedro Vidigal Monteiro was responsible for the Digital, Privacy & Cybersecurity and Intellectual Property departments at the law firm «Telles Advogados», where he was Equity Partner from 2020 to 2025. Previously, he was a Senior Lawyer and Legal Manager at the law firm «Andrade Gutierrez, S.A.», from 2011 to 2017, having also worked at the company between 2007 and 2010 (then Zagope – Construções e Engenharia, S.A.). Pedro Vidigal Monteiro was an associate lawyer at the law firm «FALM – Sociedade de Advogados, RL» between 2010 and 2011. He was also a lawyer and legal consultant at a law firm in Mozambique between 2003 and 2006. He joined the Bar Association in 2001.
