BOOKS AND ACADEMIC ARTICLES 2019 in Restatement of Labour Law in Europe: Volume II

Rita Canas da Silva, co-head of SÉRVULO's Labor Department, participated jointly with José João Abrantes in the book “Restatement of Labor Law in Europe - Vol II”, with a  chapter dedicated to Portugal entitled “Atypical Employment Relationships: The Position In Portugal". The book explores the regulatory framework of 36 countries, including all EU Member States, observing the similarities and differences in regulatory issues.
