The panel of speakers was composed of SÉRVULO’s specialists in Public Law, with Paula Bordalo Faustino, and in Corporate Crime and Regulatory Compliance, with Ana Brito Camacho, as well as André Lamas Leite, Lawyer and Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto. 

Under the new Law on the protection of whistleblowers, until 18 June 2022, all public and private sector entities with more than 50 employees must implement whistleblowing channels.
