SÉRVULO advises on the acquisition of the Ramalho Ortigão 51 Building in Lisbon

SÉRVULO advised BPI IMOFOMENTO - Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário Aberto, managed by BPI Gestão de Ativos - Sociedade Gestora de Organismos de Investimento Coletivo, S.A., on the acquisition from Incus Capital of Edifício Ramalho Ortigão 51, in Lisbon.

The property is located near Avenida António Augusto de Aguiar and Praça de Espanha and currently houses tenants such as the National Communications Authority, CIMPOR, the Embassy of Japan, and Solvay. 

The transaction was led by a multidisciplinary team headed by the partners of the real estate, urban planning, and tourism department, Manuel Magalhães (managing partner), and Sofia Thibaut Trocado (partner), who provided full legal support in the due diligence process as well as the negotiation and formalization of the acquisition. Also involved in the transaction were: the associates Inês Mundel Calado and Pedro João Domingos, along with consultants Carla Parreira Leandro and Filipa Névoa (real estate); partner Teresa Pala Schwalbach and associate Lénia Carolina Sousa (tax); partner António Teles and associates Alexandra Valpaços and Nuno Temudo Vieira (litigation); associate Isabel Guimarães Salgado (public law); and solicitor Luís Monteiro Romão.
