Gonçalo Bargado

At SÉRVULO since 2015, Gonçalo Bargado is a senior associate in the Public Law department, where he joined as a trainee lawyer. He is a researcher at the Institute of Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences (IDPCC) of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. He is a member of the International Society of Public Law («ICON-S») and a member of the International Association of Constitutional Law («IACL»). Gonçalo Bargado completed a course in Finance for Non-Financiers at the Nova School of Business and Economics and a course in Administrative Offences Law at the Institute of Economic and European Criminal Law of the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, respectively in 2022 and 2021. He completed the curricular part of the M.Jur. degree in Legal and Political Sciences (specialisation in Administrative Law) at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, in 2017. Gonçalo Bargado holds a Post-Graduation in Water Law and in Public Procurement, both from the Institute of Political Legal Sciences (ICJP - Instituto de Ciências Jurídico-Políticas) of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, respectively in 2016 and 2015. He graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, in 2015. He joined the Bar Association in 2017. He is the author of several articles and publications in his areas of expertise.
