Henrique Rodrigues da Silva

At SÉRVULO since 2018, Henrique Rodrigues da Silva is a partner in the firm's Public Law department. He holds a Master’s degree in Administrative Litigation, from the Lisbon School of the Portuguese Catholic University, in Urban and Land Planning Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and in Public Labour Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra. He graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, in 2002. He completed his traineeship between 2002 and 2004 with the lawyer Guilherme Silva, with whom he shared practise until august 2018. From 2013 to august 2018 he was an Of Counsel at the law firm « Rogério Alves & Associados – Sociedade de Advogados R.L». He has been a guest lecturer on graduate courses and conferences in matters of Public Procurement and Administrative Justice. He is an alternate member for the Commission for Access to Administrative Documents. He is an Arbitrator in administrative matters at the Arbitration Centre of the Administrative Arbitration (CAAD). He joined the Bar Association in 2004.

Providing regular legal assistance to public and private clients on public procurement matters, including the preparation of proposals and the elaboration of the procedure’s documents, as well as on the performance of public contracts.

Assisting in matters related to General Administrative Law.
