Henrique Rodrigues da Silva participates in the conference “Another Reform of Administrative Justice?”

Henrique Rodrigues da Silva, partner at SÉRVULO and member of the Public Law department, will participate as a speaker at the conference “Another Reform of Administrative Justice?”, taking place on 10 November at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.

His intervention will take place during Panel I, dedicated to amendments to the Statute of the Administrative and Tax Courts (ETAF) and the Code of Procedure in the Administrative Courts (CPTA). The conference will also address topics including administrative arbitration, the Public Procurement Dispute Resolution Chamber and the procedure for awarding compensation.

Participation is free of charge, subject to registration.
