Jorge Faria Lopes takes part in the VI Public Procurement Law Conference

Jorge Faria Lopes, SÉRVULO’s of Counsel in the Public Law department, will take part in the VI Public Procurement Law Conference, to be held on 4 and 5 November at the Auditorium of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.

Under the theme “A Time for Change – The 2026 Revision of the Public Contracts Code and the Prospect of Reform of European Law”, the conference will bring together several experts to discuss changes to the public procurement framework. Jorge Faria Lopes will speak on Panel I – Decisions Prior to the Procedure, addressing the topic “Changes to the Market Preliminary Consultation Regime and the Decision to Contract”.
