Francisco Mendes Correia participates in II Conference on Law of Guarantees

On April 7 the II Conference on the Law of Guarantees (II Jornadas de Direito das Garantias) takes place at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (FDUL). The event, which is organised by the Private Law Research Centre (CIDP - Centro de Investigação de Direito Privado) of the same Faculty, includes amongst its speakers Francisco Mendes Correia, SÉRVULO associate in the Finance and Governance department and professor at FDUL. He will present a paper on “Declarations provided by a financial intermediary: real guarantees?” (“Declarações prestadas por intermediário financeiro: verdadeiras garantias?”).
