Rita Canas da Silva participates on the 15th Postgraduate Course in Corporate Law

The CIDP – Research Centre for Private Law of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon is organising the 15th Postgraduate Course in Corporate Law, coordinated by Pedro Madeira Brito and Isabel Vieira Borges, taking place between September 2025 and March 2026.

The course is structured into nine modules and focuses on the main areas of Corporate Law, analysing corporate organisation and governance, labour relations in the business context, employment contracting and management, as well as aspects of compliance, taxation, and corporate restructurings. It also covers matters related to termination of employment contracts and the legal impact of business changes and crisis situations.

On 18 February, Rita Canas da Silva, partner responsible for SÉRVULO’s Employment department, will teach the session dedicated to the topic “Business crisis situations and lay-off”.
