SÉRVULO partners coordinate post-graduation course in Public Procurement Law and Practice

Rui Medeiros and João Amaral e Almeida, partners at SÉRVULO and lecturers at the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Portugal, are the scientific coordinators of the 2015 edition of the Post-Graduation Course in Public Procurement Law and Practice, which takes place between March 13 and June 26.

This course focuses on the theme of the new regime applicable to pre-contractual relations between private parties and public entities - with special attention given to the experience already accumulated in public procurement practice and jurisprudence - since the entry into force of the Public Contracts Code (CCP - Código dos Contratos Públicos). The course, which is divided into five modules, also looks at the inevitable consequences and alterations of the CCP following the implementation of the new European directives on public procurement.
