Sérvulo sponsors II Banking Law Conference

The II Banking Law Conference, on the theme of Financial Civil Responsibility, takes place on February 18. The event is organised by the Private Law Research Centre (CIDP – Centro de Investigação de Direito Privado) of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, and it is sponsored by SÉRVULO, who will also be represented by Francisco Mendes Correia (executive coordinator of the conference) and Miguel Brito Bastos, both lawyers of the firm.

The conference will cover several themes at the intersection between civil responsibility and banking law, securities law and other branches of law that govern banking. The issues to be debated take on special relevance and importance given the resolution measures that were recently applied to high-profile credit institutions operating in the Portuguese market.

The event is free, but booking is required.
