Teresa Pala Schwalbach and Joana Pinto Monteiro participate in the II Postgraduation Course in Real Estate Law

The Centre for Research in Public Law (CIDP) of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon is organising the II Postgraduation Course in Real Estate Law in which Teresa Pala Schwalbach and Joana Pinto Monteiro will lecture. The  course will take place between September and June. 

On January 27th, Joana Pinto Monteiro, senior associate of SÉRVULO's Real Estate, Urban Planning and Tourism department, will address the topic «The legal regime of installation, exploitation and operation of tourism enterprises». On June 9th, Teresa Pala Schwalbach, partner of SÉRVULO's Tax department, will give a lecture on «Urban planning fees: TRIU (Fee for Realisation, Maintenance and Reinforcement of Urban Infrastructure), compensations and other taxes».
