We provide specialised legal advice in the following areas:
- Public procurement of military or dual-use goods and services;
- Intra- and extra-Community import and export of military or dual-use goods and services (including licences and certificates from the Ministry of Defence, the EU or NATO);
- Raising and implementing European defence funding (e.g. European Defence Fund, PESCO);
- Construction and management of military or dual-use infrastructure (e.g. maritime and air transport);
- Formation and implementation of partnerships and contracts between public and private entities;
- Strategic joint ventures, subject to foreign investment control (e.g. EU screening mechanism) and compliance with competition rules;
- Representation in administrative proceedings, court cases and arbitration;
- Analysis of compliance with state secrecy, national defence and internal security regimes;
- External due diligence (e.g., verification of contracts with the State, confidentiality clauses, export control) and internal due diligence (development of policies for international suppliers and partners).
