Francisca Mendes da Costa
At SÉRVULO since 2008, Francisca Mendes da Costa is a partner in the firm's Public Law department. In 2020, she completed the Accounting and Finance Program – Executive Education at Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics. She holds a refresher graduate qualification in Water Law from the Institute of Political Legal Sciences (ICJP - Instituto de Ciências Jurídico-Políticas) of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (2013/2014), and in Public Procurement from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra (2008). Master of Laws (LL.M., Intensive International Program) in European Public Law, awarded by the European Public Law Academy (2010), and graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra (2005). She was an associate at the law firm AAA Advogados in 2008, having started her professional career as a trainee lawyer at Vieira de Almeida & Associados between 2005 and 2008. She joined the Bar Association in 2008.
