SÉRVULO has once again signed the Portugal chapter of the Insolvency Guide 2023 published by Chambers.

The contribution made by SÉRVULO's Restructuring and Insolvency team in the Chambers Insolvency Guide 2023 aims to provide information on the reality of the Portuguese market in terms of restructuring and insolvency, with particular impact, such as relevant case law in these areas, the impact of geopolitical tensions, the post-Covid-19 pandemic situation amplified by the conflicts in Ukraine and Israel-Palestine or the increase in insolvency and restructuring proceedings with court intervention.
