Financial and Governance department featured in FDUL graduate courses

Several lawyers of SÉRVULO’s Financial & Governance department will be teaching on graduate courses organized by the Private Law Research Centre (CIDP - Centro de Investigação de Direito Privado) and by the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and starting in this academic year that is just beginning.

The I Advanced Post-Graduate Course in Corporate Law is starting on October 13 and ending on June 16, 2016. This course, which is made up of seven blocks, will include interventions from department partner and co-head Paulo Câmara, as well as Francisco Mendes Correia, Joana Pinto Monteiro and Inês Palma Ramalho, all associates at SÉRVULO.

The II Post-Graduate Course in Corporate Finance starts on the same date and ends on February 16, 2016. This course, which is divided into four blocks, will include classes given by Francisco Mendes Correia, Joana Pinto Monteiro and Inês Palma Ramalho.

Containing 10 modules, the Iº Post-Graduate Course in Banking Law will take place from October 21 to January 20, 2016, and will feature the intervention of Manuel Magalhães, department partner and co-head, Francisco Mendes Correia, Inês Palma Ramalho and Miguel Brito Bastos (wich is also one of the coordinators of this course).

The I Post-Graduate Course in Corporate Law takes place from October 14 to May 27, with lessons taught by Joana Pinto Monteiro, Inês Palma Ramalho, Francisco Mendes Correia and Miguel Brito Bastos,SÉRVULO External Counsel.

Lastly, the I Post-Graduation Course in Corporate Governance takes place from February 23 to June 16 and it includes interventions from Paulo Câmara, Francisco Mendes Correia and Miguel Brito Bastos.
