Henrique Rodrigues da Silva takes part in the VI Public Procurement Law Conference

Henrique Rodrigues da Silva, SÉRVULO’s partner in the Public Law department, will take part in the VI Public Procurement Law Conference, to be held on 4 and 5 November at the Auditorium of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.

Under the theme “A Time for Change – The 2026 Revision of the Public Contracts Code and the Prospect of Reform of European Law”, the conference will bring together several experts to discuss changes to the public procurement framework. Henrique Rodrigues da Silva will speak on Panel IV – Contract Formation (III), addressing the topic “Exclusion Grounds and their Waiver”.
