This issue of the Momentum newsletter was prepared by the European and Competition team, led by Miguel Gorjão-Henriques. Of the seven selected articles stands out the one regarding the highest penalty ever imposed on a company for breaching EU competition law, as well as the one related to the new law that aims to facilitate actions for damages for infringements of competition law. The newsletter also addresses the new developments in the regulatory and health area.
