Paulo Câmara takes part in colloquium marking four decades of the Portuguese Companies Code

On 2 November, Paulo Câmara, partner at SÉRVULO in the Finance and Governance department, will take part in the colloquium “A Católica nas 4 Décadas do Código das Sociedades Comerciais”, organised by the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa.

 Paulo Câmara will speak during the first panel of the Lisbon programme on “The 2006 corporate governance reform: a reassessment 20 years on”. The panel will begin at 9.30 am and will be moderated by Paulo Olavo Cunha.

The colloquium marks four decades of the Portuguese Companies Code and brings together several experts to reflect on a range of corporate law matters.
