Teresa Pala Schwalbach teaches in the Real Estate Law postgraduate programme at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon

Teresa Pala Schwalbach, partner at SÉRVULO in the Tax department, is teaching today, 18 June, the session “Urban charges: TRIU, compensations and other levies”, as part of the 6th edition of the postgraduate programme in Real Estate Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.

Organised by the Private Law Research Centre, this programme brings together a wide range of leading academics and practitioners, providing a comprehensive approach to the key areas of Real Estate Law.

The postgraduate course is structured into several modules covering topics such as real estate contracts, lease agreements, administrative real estate law, taxation and investment, offering an integrated and practical perspective on the legal issues affecting the sector.
