In this chapter on Portugal, the aforementioned lawyers from SÉRVULO’s Restructuring and Insolvency, Litigation and Banking & Finance teams address a wide range of issues in the area of banking and finance law with particular relevance today, such as relevant jurisprudence in these areas, the application of resolution measures to two Portuguese credit institutions, the impact of Covid-19 on the judicial system or the increase in the special procedures of recovery and revitalization of companies that is expected in 2021.
