Alexandra Valpaços to lecture at Católica Postgraduate Programme on Contract Litigation, Mediation and Arbitration

SÉRVULO partner Alexandra Valpaços will lecture on 25 June at 6:30 pm on the Postgraduate Programme in Contract Litigation, Mediation and Arbitration – 3rd edition, at the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa.

The session, entitled “The arbitral award and its challenge”, will be co-taught with Gabriela de Fátima Marques, Judge at the Lisbon Court of Appeal.

This session forms part of the postgraduate programme, which brings together a distinguished faculty of academics and practitioners in the fields of contract litigation, mediation and arbitration.
