Rita Canas da Silva and Inês Palma Ramalho participate in the 11th Postgraduate Course in Corporate Law

The Centre for Research in Public Law (CIDP) of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon is organising the XI Postgraduate Course in Corporate Law under the coordination of Rosário Palma Ramalho and Isabel Vieira Borges.
Rita Canas da Silva and Inês Palma Ramalho, respectively partner and associate of SÉRVULO's Employment Law and Finance and Governance departments, will once again participate in this initiative, which will take place between November and April next year.
Rita Canas da Silva will speak on March 23rd on «Business crisis situations and lay-offs» and Inês Palma Ramalho will give a lecture on «Insolvency: main problems» and «Alternatives to insolvency: extrajudicial recovery of the company» on March 30th .
