BOOKS AND ACADEMIC ARTICLES 2023 in ICLG - Competition Litigation 2024
The ICLG - Competition Litigation 2024 edition is now online and available to read (free access). The Portuguese chapter was written by Mafalda Ferreira Santos and Alberto Saavedra, respectively, partners at SÉRVULO in the Litigation and Competition areas, together with Nuno Temudo Vieira, an associate in the Litigation department.

This edition covers topics on Competition Litigation in Portugal, including interim measures, damages, means of proof, justification/defenses, deadlines, transactions, costs, appeals, leniency and future reforms. Spoiler alert, according to the authors: "Portugal is an attractive jurisdiction for injured parties in the context of civil liability actions for infringements of competition law (private enforcement)".
