Rita Canas da Silva teaches on the 16th Postgraduate Course in Business Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.

Rita Canas da Silva, partner in SÉRVULO’s Labour practice, will once again contribute to the Postgraduate Course in Business Law, organized by the Private Law Research Centre (CIDP) of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. The 16th edition of the programme is currently underway and will run until 17 March 2027.

As part of Module 8, dedicated to corporate restructuring and transformation, Rita Canas da Silva will lead the session “Corporate Crisis Situations and Lay-off”, which will take place on 24 February 2027.

Coordinated by Professor Pedro Madeira de Brito and Professor Isabel Vieira Borges, the Postgraduate Course in Business Law brings together each year a wide range of academics, judges and leading practitioners, providing a cross-disciplinary approach to the principal areas of law applicable to business activity.
